SUNDAY SCHOOL
Sunday School is an important part of life at Central, offering something for every age and stage. From babies to older adults, we provide a variety of classes designed to help you grow in your faith, explore the Bible, and build meaningful relationships with others in your age group. Whether you’re looking for deep discussion, hands-on service, or simply a place to connect, there’s a class for you—and we’d love to help you find it!
Nursery
Location: Malambri Center – Various Rooms
Ages: Infancy through 4K
Hours of Operation
Sundays: 8:15 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. (during all worship services)
Wednesdays: 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. (during Wednesday Night Programming)

Please pick up your child at 10:15 to attend worship with you. They will be dismissed during the service for Children’s Church and can be picked up afterwards in Room 145.
Children’s Sunday School
Sunday School meets each Sunday morning from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. This is a meaningful time when children can focus on the Bible, discover more about God’s Word, and lay the foundation of their Christian faith in a fun and loving environment.
5K through 5th grade Sunday School is located upstairs in the Children’s Elementary Hallway

Youth Sunday School
Youth Sunday School meets each Sunday morning from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. This is a time for students to study the Bible, explore their faith, and engage in real and relevant conversations in a safe and supportive environment.
Youth Classes (Grades 6–12)
Room 206 – Youth Wing
Youth Sunday School is led by a rotating team of volunteers who are passionate about building meaningful relationships with our students. Our hope is that each youth will feel seen, known, and supported by a community of caring adults here at Central.
Materials are provided for all participants. Youth are encouraged—but not required—to bring their Bibles. Friends are always welcome!

Adult Sunday School
All Sunday School Classes meet from 9:30 until 10:15 AM.
Christian Discussion
Room 277
This class is primarily made up of adults in their 40s through 60s, though all ages are welcome. Lessons draw from formal curriculum, current events, and contemporary culture, with a focus on growing closer to God through Christ. Fellowship, humor, and mission work are central to this group, with discussion encouraged but never required.
Koinonia (A Community for Young Adults)
Room 172
Designed for young adults entering college or beginning their careers, this class welcomes both singles and couples seeking to grow in faith through study, service, and community. All are welcome to be part of this supportive and engaging group.
New Beginnings
Room 272
This class is made up of adults in their 20s to 50s, including married couples, parents of young children, and professional singles. Lessons are instructor-led with open group discussion on real-life and contemporary Christian topics. The class is also active in missions and gathers for social events throughout the year.
New Horizons
Room 279
Composed mainly of adults in their 50s and 60s—the “sandwich generation”—this class enjoys casual, member-led discussion on a variety of topics. Fellowship is important to this group, and they often meet outside of class for meals, movies, and fun.
Sarah Blanton-Philathea
Room 174
This large and welcoming class includes a mix of adults from their 40s to 80s, both singles and couples. Using the Adult Bible Studies curriculum, the class is led by a rotation of teachers and includes hymns, coffee, devotions, and warm fellowship. Members actively support mission and service projects.
Searching Disciples
Room 275
This class brings together a diverse group of adults from various ages and life stages. Lessons are based on small group, round-table discussions that encourage exploring different perspectives and deepening faith. The class is also involved in outreach and mission work.
Spiritual Journeys
Room 276
Geared toward adults in their 20s and 30s, many of whom are parents of young children, this class offers discussion-based lessons centered on themes of Christian faith. The group values spiritual growth, shared learning, and community. “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding…” – Proverbs 3:5-6
Sunshine Class
Room 179
This joyful and caring group is for adults with mental, physical, or visual challenges—and for anyone who wants to spread a little sunshine. The class is known for its compassionate spirit and love for helping others in need.
Wesley Fellowship
Room 170
This multi-generational class of singles and couples (ranging from 50s to 100s) focuses on spiritual growth, discussion, and community. Five rotating teachers lead lessons based on the International Sunday School curriculum. The class also enjoys music, monthly lunches, and supporting missions and church projects.
