Chapel Service
The Chapel service is a less formal, traditional service at 8:30 on Sunday mornings in the Ingram Chapel. Led by our pastors, the Chapel service includes prayers, the lectionary readings for the day, and a sermon.
The Sanctuary
The 10:30 AM Sanctuary worship service incorporates hymns, scripture readings, prayers, faith affirmations, and sermons praising God. Music plays an integral role through the participation of children’s, adult, and handbell choirs. Support for singing is provided by organ, piano, and occasionally other instruments. The Liturgical Year and scripture lessons from the Revised Common Lectionary are observed.
The Well
Central offers a more casual, come-as-you-are style of service at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday mornings in the Davis Christian Life Center. This service explores worship through different styles of music, prayer, and settings. Services at The Well are often designed around a particular theme and are much less formal than the traditional services at Central. The Well provides yet another excellent and faithful way to worship God.
Sunday School
Sunday School is an important part of life at Central, offering something for every age and stage. From babies to older adults, we provide a variety of classes designed to help you grow in your faith, explore the Bible, and build meaningful relationships with others in your age group. Whether you’re looking for deep discussion, hands-on service, or simply a place to connect, there’s a class for you—and we’d love to help you find it!

Typically, we suggest arriving about 15 minutes before the worship service starts to allow plenty of time to make your way through the church and find a seat.
There are Greeters at the entrances of each service. They will welcome you and answer any questions you may have! Our Ushers are available to help you and your family find a seat.

Our congregation spans a range of ages and backgrounds. The pastors wear robes for the services in the Sanctuary, but business casual in The Well. You’ll see people in the worship space dressed in all styles—from jeans to business attire.

Central has parking lots all around the church building.

Nurseries are open on Sundays from 8:45 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. All paid Nursery Staff have undergone a criminal background check and have been certified in Child and Infant CPR as well as First Aid.
Children’s Sunday School is held at 9:30 a.m. each Sunday in the Children’s Hall. We have Sunday School classes for Children from 3K through 5th Grade.
Youth Sunday School is held at 9:30 a.m. each Sunday in the Youth Hall. Sunday School class for youth is for grades 6-12.
