New Baby Ministry
Did you know we have a “New Baby” Ministry which presents a special gift to newborns and a meal to new parents? Along with many other things, COVID interrupted this wonderful tradition. As we resume celebrating new life with a special gift, your help is needed. If you have had a baby in the past year, please fill out the new baby form below. From now on, if you welcome a new baby into your household, please take the time to fill out the "New Baby" Form so we can celebrate with you!

This form is to be completed if you would like to have your child baptized. Note: This form simply alerts the clergy of your interest in the Sacrament of Holy Baptism. One of them will contact you shortly after having completed the below form.
