Below is a digital version of Central United Methodist Church’s 2027 Commitment Card.
Please complete the form below to make your annual financial commitment to Central UMC.

As you complete the form, please indicate the amount you would like to give, the frequency of your gift,
your total intended giving for the year, and how you plan to make your contributions.

Once submitted, your commitment information will be securely sent to our Office Manager,
who will enter your pledge into Realm on your behalf.
