On Saturday, August 5 the BEDS ministry plans to move everything out of their current location (2391 David McLeod Blvd) to our new on-campus building. This will begin at 8:30 AM. There will be one group loading at the current building and one group unloading at the new building. We will be running two trucks between these locations to assure that we can get everything moved that morning. Volunteers will be provided lunch after the move from around 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM.

Please let Rev. Ann Kovan (akovan@centralmethodist.net) or Art Justice (AJustice@TurnerPadget.com) if you plan to attend so that it can be determined how many people will be needed at each location. If you can come to this event but are not able to confirm prior to it, please come to the new location. Please contact the church if you plan to attend the lunch so that plans can be made accordingly.
