Childhood Hunger Awareness Collection

Currently, Help4kids is distributing over 1800 bags of food per week that go home with food-insecure children. That does not even include our middle and high school pantries! So, in brown bags alone, that’s a weekly need of 3600 cans of Vienna sausage, which is the biggest source of protein in the bag. We are giving you, the people of CUMC, a chance to help feed the children of our area. We have begun collecting cans of Vienna sausages from now until Sunday, February 19. They can be any brand that you find available, but please make sure they are in a pop-top can.
