A Disciple's Path

Join us for this study held on Sundays, January 13 through February 17, at 6-7:30 p.m. in Room #173.

When you become part of a United Methodist Church, you promise to faithfully participate with your prayers, presence, gifts, service, and witness. Central wants you to know how to fulfill this promise well. Life in Christ is an exciting, unpredictable, on-going journey. It’s a journey that is taken alongside others on the path of faith. Some of those are more seasoned travelers; others are just getting started. All are journeying with you as members of the family of God. Central is a collection of some of those family members; the United Methodist Church is a larger collection of the Christian family. A Disciple’s Path is a short study, taught by Reverends Will Malambri, J. Derrick Cattenhead, and Meg Bryce Jiunnies, to help us on our journey of faith and to grow our Christian friendships. We’ll have a week dedicated to each of the following: The United Methodist Church, prayer and scripture meditation, worship and small group community, financial generosity, spiritual gifts and gifts-based service, and invitational evangelism. There is no cost for this study, and childcare is available upon request.
