Live@Central! welcomes Kelli Clune of Durant Children’s Center to present a workshop on human trafficking. Human trafficking is the fastest growing illegal industry in the world and is second only to the sale of drugs in profits generated. In the US, most victims of human trafficking are US teenagers.  In this workshop we will discuss the dynamics of human trafficking on both the national and local level. The discussion will include some of the dynamics of human trafficking and its prevalence, warning signs that a person is being trafficked, what are the risk factors and how to respond as a community. This program is free and open to the public.
