St. Francis, following the psalmist's lead, saw the beauty of all of God's creation giving God praise. We will honor that, along with the companionship and joy our pets bring us by having a Blessing of the Animals service in beautiful Lucas Park. There will be a short worship service followed by clergy offering blessings to each pet present. Be sure to bring pets on leads or in cages. And, invite a friend or two along. (Note: inclement weather will cancel this event.)
