What are you looking for?
If that sounds deep and invasive, it is. It's supposed to be. But, since those are the first words Jesus speaks in John's gospel, it's worth considering.
People spend their entire lives searching. All kinds of attempts are made to satisfy those searches. Searching an important part of life, but it is particularly difficult to satisfy a search when we don't know for what we are looking.
Let that question roll around in your mind this weekend - What are you looking for?
