Wednesday nights are a wonderful time of fellowship and growing in faith for Central family and friends. A casual meal is followed by programs and studies for all ages and stages of life. We invite you to fellowship with us!
Dinner is served from 5:45 to 6:30 p.m. in the Davis Christian Life Center. The cost is $6 per adult and $3 per child (12 and under). Take-out plates are available for $7. We ask that you register if you plan to attend so we can plan appropriately.
Adults: Baked ham, homemade macaroni & cheese, stir-fry cabbage, salad bar, biscuit, dessert
Children: Thinly-sliced baked ham, homemade macaroni & cheese, green beans, salad bar, biscuit, dessert
Adults: Baked potato bar, salad bar, dinner roll, dessert
Children: Grilled cheese sandwich, chips, salad bar, applesauce, dessert
After dinner, adults can depart for the program of their choosing. The programs include:
(6:30 p.m.) This program is open to the public and features a guest speaker each week from the community. Click the dates below to read more about each week’s guest.
(6:30 p.m.) We offer many studies for adults that range from Disciple courses to women's studies and more. Some studies require registration and have limited seating.
(6:30 p.m.) Our Memorial Handbell choir is for advanced ringers and plays a full Five Octave set of Schulmerich Handbells and a three octave set of Schulmerich Melody Chimes.
Chancel Choir Rehearsal
(7:30 p.m.) Our Chancel Choir is a vital part of our worship services. No audition is required, but some music reading is helpful.
Youth on Wednesdays! (YOW!) & Youth Choir
(6:00-6:30 p.m.) Youth fellowship includes time for games, prayer, Bible Study, and discussion. Fellowship is followed by Youth Choir (6:30-7:15 p.m.).
Infants through Three-Year-Olds
Childcare (5:45-8:00 p.m.)
Experienced staff provide a safe, nurturing environment for children to engage in creative play. Childcare is available until 7:30 p.m. (or 8:00 p.m. for classes that end at that time).
4K and 5K
Music & Playtime (6:15-7:30 p.m.)
Young children get to know church friends while they participate in music and play. Preschool Choir encourages a love of music while allowing children to be active participants in worship.
First and Second Grade
Central Kids & Elementary Choir (6:15-7:30 p.m.)
Children will have an opportunity to experience a variety of music, learn about worship, and participate in all types of activities that reinforce the theme of the coming year, Digging into Discipleship.
Third through Fifth Grade
Central Kids & Junior Choir (6:15-7:30 p.m.)
At this age, children are presented with opportunities to become active participants in the church community through fellowship with one another, music, worship leadership, and missions. Activities will include guest speakers, service opportunities, and recreation.
