SPRING GOLF OUTING!
Central's spring golf tournament will be held Friday, April 26th at The Country Club of South Carolina. We will have a deli lunch with cookies and beverages at noon and a shot gun start at 1:00. The cost is $45 per person which includes lunch, cart, green fees, prizes and refreshments. You can register as a team or as an individual, and we will place you with a partner! We will play a captain's choice format, and teams will be handicapped so everyone has a chance at winning! Most of all, we look forward to a beautiful day with great fellowship and fun. Please register by April 22nd by signing up on the sheets in the Commons area or calling event coordinator Ernie Chavis (409-1776) or Alex Thompson (229-2131).
Men's Softball 2013
If there is enough interest from Central members and friends, Central will have a team in the men's Ebenezer church softball league this spring. Games will begin the second week in April, and they will continue through May on Monday and/or Tuesday evenings. The games are great times for fun and fellowship. Co-Ed Church Softball League
Since 2005, Central has won the Ebenezer Park Church League co-ed softball tournament championship! Each team requires five women and five men. The league seasons begin in late June. If you are interested in playing for Central, please contact Linda Segars (662-3218). We are allowed four non-members on the team.
Men's Basketball
Each Monday evening, the gym is open for any men who want to come play basketball. From 6:00 - 7:00 p.m., guys ages 40 and over play. The youngs guns have their opportunity from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. Come enjoy fellowship, fun, and great exercise!
Youth Church Basketball League
Central had nine teams participating in the church league this year. The 12 & under team and the 14 & under team both were tournament champs! We had four 8 & under and two 10 & under teams. Our 17 & under team was young but talented! We look forward to next year's competition. Join the fun as we learn to compete as Christians with good sportsmanship, stiff competition, advanced skills, and lots of fellowship! Polar Bear 5K Run/Walk
