Handbell Director - Howard F. Starks - Howard did his undergraduate studies at Penn State University and Indian University of Pennsylvania after having served in the United States Marine Corps 1946-1951. He received his Masters of Sacred Music Degree upon graduation from Seminary in 1955 and has been a Minister of Music for 54 years. He is a composer/arranger of sacred music, having had some 275 or so pieces published and also an accredited Clinician and Festival Director for the American Guild of English Handbell Ringers. He and Nell will have been married 55 years in June and have two children, David H. Starks and Carolyn S. Watts and four granddaughters. You can email Howard at hstarks@sc.rr.com.
