The cornerstone of Central church dates from 1913. For the 100th anniversary we are creating a
church directory that represents the history and growth of Central. Lifetouch will be available by
appointment to photograph your family on the following dates: Wednesday – Saturday, May 8-
11; May 15-18 and June 19-22. Every family that has their picture taken will receive a free 8x10
and a directory. You may bring pets or your favorite prop to be photographed with you. The
more families that have their picture taken, the more pages we will receive for Central's
historical timeline and photos. You may sign up online or in the commons area on Sunday

The purpose of Central United Methodist Church is to worship God in word and deed as we learn, teach, practice, share, and witness the way of Christ daily.
This occurs in various ways. From the Christian formation that occurs in corporate worship and structured Bible study to the informal practicing of the faith in community service work and fellowshipping, Central is after one goal - Christian discipleship.
